Ed Felix (left) and Varun Bhuchar (right) met while attending Dartmouth College, where they both completed double degrees in 2015. Ed in Film and Economics, and Varun in Film and Government. They instantly bonded over their obsession with film and with giving their dogs the life they never had.

in 2021, they partnered to form Escalera with the goal of delivering high-quality, low-cost social media services to locally owned restaurants.

By bringing together Ed’s expertise in programming and process automation and Varun’s analytical and consulting expertise, they have helped over a hundred locally owned restaurant take their restaurants to new heights.
